More and more attention has been paid to environmental issues as well as to clients’ well-being: fertilizers and pesticides are kept to a minimum, vine-stumps density per hectar has been increased and the entire harvesting process is carried out with particular care, in order to minimise the yielding per vine unit thereby creating the best conditions to produce vines of the highest quality, with organolectic features capable of conveying the flavours of our land.

The harvest is carried out entirely by hand, resulting in a higher quality of the grape and enabling a preliminary selection.
